General Shipping Use Information

All products are shipped via USPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your product ships.

You can also see your order in your Bee Naturals MyAccount page.

We are happy to provide free standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all US Domestic orders. if  product Cart value is $50 or More

International Shipping Terms

USPS Shipping is calculated for you on the checkout page.

The customer is responsible for all extra delivery charges, Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any other fees that may be required when importing products into their country. Bee Naturals order totals do not include Duties, Taxes, Fees or VAT, etc. associated with international orders. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Note On Delayed USPS Shipments

We pack and send out orders daily, but once they leave our facility, we are at the mercy of USPS Shipping. Please check your order’s tracking information to note the progress of your order. If you can’t find your tracking information, please check your spam folder and your Bee Naturals My Account page. The email is generated once a label is created. If you think your order is lost, even on insured packages, we can’t file a claim (or ship a replacement) until it’s been deemed lost or damaged. Check your tracking history, and print it. Then, you must call or go to your local post office with the printout and file a complaint directly with USPS. As of November 3rd, 2021 We at Bee Naturals are aware that holiday shipping times are upon us and that often means that there are delays in when your package will arrive via USPS. To prepare for that we have added Route with 1-click Protect as an option for our customers to add to their orders to insure extra protection and real time shipping updates on their packages. This option is available at checkout for a small additional cost. Customers are automatically enrolled but have the option to opt out if they do not wish to add this feature.

At Bee Naturals, we are committed to ensuring that you love every product you purchase. To provide the best experience, we offer a flexible return policy that accommodates various situations. Please review our return guidelines carefully below:


1. 30-Day Return Policy for Unopened and Unused Items

  • We gladly accept returns on products that are unopened & unused within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure that the products are in their original packaging and unused.
  • Returns must be initiated within this 30-day period to qualify for a refund or store credit.

2. Reaction-Based Returns

  • If you experience any harsh skin reactions from using our products, you are eligible for a return or refund. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate the process.
  • We may request details about the reaction for quality control purposes, but your satisfaction and safety are our priority.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned products have been received by our team.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the products have been inspected and approved.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive damaged or defective items, we offer a replacement order at no additional cost. To initiate this process, we require photographic evidence of the damage. Please provide clear images of the affected products and packaging for our review.
  • Upon verification, a replacement order will be issued promptly.

5. Stolen or Undelivered Packages

  • In cases of stolen or undelivered packages, we offer a replacement order to ensure you receive your purchase. However, to confirm the issue, we require proof, such as images of the delivery area or any relevant tracking information.
  • Once the necessary documentation is provided, we will proceed with sending a replacement order.

6. Store Credit and Discretionary Considerations

  • In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. This is at the discretion of our Customer Service team and may be applicable in cases where product usage or damage is unclear.
